Next: Livvy and I talked over this, and we're gonna stress it so much our veins on our heads show it. A CULT MEMBER IS NOT TO BE DISCOVERED BY ANYONE UNLESS THEY ARE OKAY WITH IT. Remember that. Keep that high in your mind, mkay?
If you're making another character, put it on another account. It just makes it easier on us. Just make sure you can handle them all.
Grammar is a must. We are a literate RP, so don't go all illiterate on me, k?
What the staff says, goes. No buts, no complaining, just do it. If we ask you to stop powerplaying, we will, and you better follow our orders or you're out of here. Coprendo ?
No mary-stu's/gary-stu's. In other words, no powerplaying ! No character is great at everything, and I'm sure as hell no one can survive everything life throws at them, so make it realistic. We hate powerplaying.
No spam what-so-ever. We hate that. It makes us wary, lags the site, and just plain annoys people ! So no spam. And that counts as ANYTHING that annoys or lags people and the site.
All regular characters/members must be LOWER CASE. Staff can do whatever.
And I know I sound like a complete bitch in this, but I'm just stressing out all the general rules <3 Oh and I'm not done yet, we still have character rules, ooc rules, etc. Welcome to the life of wonderful rules =].

Onto character rules. I'm not going to be as bitchy on this, but please still follow them.
First: Our application template is NOT to be used outside of this website. If we catch even a snippet of it on another site, we will track down who made it, and beat them with a stick.
You can have a maximum of only four characters. We do not want more then that otherwise you're just using up space on our member list. If you feel you're ready for another character, PM one of us and we'll decide if you can have another or not. Mkay?
Even out the characters. We DO NOT want ten million female characters and only five male characters. The same goes with ranks. We don't want a bunch of police and no residents. Keep it even.
Please use a play-by. I know, I know, us admins didn't feel like using a celebrity since there were no good ones to fit our characters, but that doesn't mean you can't use them either. Use a celebrity, one way or another. It has to be a real person with a real name, not just a picture you found on Google.
Lastly, do not bug the staff to accept your character. We have lives too, and we will eventually get to your character. Okay?

All posts that are IC [IN CHARACTER] are to be posted in third person. No I's, Me's, whatever unless it's in dialogue. It just makes it easier, okay?
This, if you didn't already know [which you should've, by now] is a murder/serial killer RP. So don't have your characters skipping through meadows if there's a group of killers on the loose. Okay?
This site is rated PG-13. Of course, some violence will happen, but please keep it to a pg-13 level. I don't want guts and gore. No drugs/alcohol/illegal substances please. And please if you want it to be mature, put the word Mature in your thread to warm us !
Okay, so just since you know something about someone out of character doesn't mean your character knows it. ps the application password is can you keep a secret. So don't go on posting about how Livvy's a cult member if your character hasn't even met her, okay?
Please post a good two paragraphs or more. I'd prefer the people you're posting with not have some sloppy post to work with, okay? Sure, everyone loses their muse sometimes, sure as hell I do, so a paragraph is okay every few times, but please strive for two+ paragraphs.
Lastly, please use block quotes. I have a little OCD problem and bothers me when things are not block-quoted. It makes your posts look bigger, and just nicer in general. Thanks.

In our chat box, you may use some curse words. But, please do not be saying 'fuck' every other word. Along with profanity, over the top flirting is not aloud. We find it inappropriate so please take it to a private message!
Serious discussions on religious and or politics are not allowed. We don't want any fighting. This is just a roleplay, so keep your damn religious pants on. Also, no flame wars.
Grammar is not extremely needed, but do not talk like this, ex: lul wutz up gyz??!?!11. Oh and do not talk in all CAPITALS. Important warning, NO SPAM. We all hate it.
